System Tray Icons?

I have ObjectDock and SystemX installed. Is there a way to show my System Tray icons without installing ObjectBar?

Thanks in advance.

DesktopX can create system trays. Either have DesktopX running it self with a systray object, or create a systemtray widget.

You should be able to do that in ObjectDock.

From the ObjectDock Properties/Config dialog:

Create New Dock>Dock Contents>Show System Tray icons on the Dock

Oddly enough, I don't see where you can add this to an existing dock - though my two existing docks are tabbed, and it may not be available on them.

I don't use this feature because back in the beginning days of OD+, there were a lot of issues around Systray and Taskbars in the docks, but as far as I know they have all been resolved. Maybe one of the developers can comment more substantively on that.

That only works with ODPlus.

Right click tabbed dock > Tabs > Add new tab > Add systray tab.

Didn't realize that - I've used ODPlus from the start.

Right click tabbed dock > Tabs > Add new tab > Add systray tab.

Thank you!

@liquidblues: Glad you got it sorted!
