Window Blinds

I am not sure if anyone has addressed this...I could not find anything on it. I recently upgraded to the latest Window Blinds...and now if I have it loaded, my Windows Explorer will not work. I get an error trying to open My Computer, Documents, even the Recycle Bin.


What is up with that?

Any error messages? Do they work with WB unloaded?

Yes..Explorer works fine when I unload Window Blinds. As soon as I reload...it crashes...


 


THe error just states that Explorer has experienced a problem and has to close.

in WB configure - on the left side, system information, click it and paste the information here.

also, edit the title of your post to include 'Crashes Windows Explorer' - the techy guys are busy and tend to see 'help','crashes', etc quicker.

try adding explorer.exe to the per application to exclude it from skinning.

Do you by any chance have the UXtheme.dll patched? (for using custom MSStyles)

If so, try restoring the original.

Do you have Icon Packager installed? There seems to be a conflict with WB 5 and IP. Changing the name of iprepair.dll fixed the explorer crash for me.
