can't log in!

Gives me error alert

Can someone please help me? In the past I had no problem logging in to wincust. browser however for the last week it says having trouble with your login, error. I have checked the following: made sure account was current no problems; checked for firewalls and anti-virus stuff; reinstalled software, and I'm still at a loss. Could someone please go thru my internet connections with me? I think thats the problem but not sure. Any feedback would be great or any suggestions I might have missed or not looked at certain things correctly.

When WC Browser opens to the log on page...are the email and password correct?
