Missing Serial Number..

I just bought the game from PC world in SW England, and on the inside of the box, where the CD key should be, i'm told
"Your keycode is invalid, please contact Empire"

Surely, priting a CD key there, rather than a contact address would have made more sense...

I hate to moan, but i was really looking forward to this.. and the phone lines are down at this time

Strange my CD key was on the back of the CD case not the packaging box.

make sure you got the O's and 0's correctly identified. Same goes for l's & 1's
