Top of windows is messed up when I maximize my windows

Black non-transparent cloud forms

Hi-

I seem to have a very strange problem when using WindowBlinds 5.00[b].006.  Whenever I maximize my windows (any window) I get the upper-right hand area to have a "cloud" (for lack of a better word) of nontransparent area.  The cloud shape is always the same and I can close, minimize, etc. all the windows fine it just looks really bad.  You can see what I mean here:

I am using a screen resolution of 1920x1200.  Could that have anything to do with it?  Everything else seems to work fine though.  Thank you for your help!

What skin is in pic. I have not seen a skin with the full glass, Vista, titlebar that is glass when maximized, they are black and gray when maximized.

Sorry about that - the skin is "Arrow" by Mike Bryant

Suggest an uninstall reinstall of WB, Arrow titlebar is not transparent when maximized, it looks like this

Image that is selected in pic is wall in use, so you can see when maximized no transparency.

The non transparent maximised window is by design. The real Vista does the same thing.

Thanks - that seem to do it for some reason.  Should have tried that first...
