Starbase modules

Hi all,
Been playing this game for a day so far. I have to say it's refreshing to play a game where diplomacy actually matters. but anyways, I was trying to upgrade my starbases with modules but when I click on my starbases the upgrade button is grayed out. Does anyone know if this feature has been implemented yet?

Huh,you just fly a constructor ship into the starbase to upgrade it..

thanks, I think I had my starbase right next to my planet so the constructor ship ended up being produced right no top of it. But I think I fixed that problem now.
