Missing Feature in WB 5?

Cannot skin console

Hi.

I just upgraded from WindowBlinds 4.5 to 5.0. You gave me a free upgrade to 5.0 since I just recently purchased a full version of 4.5. I appreciate your generosity.

Now, the problem... I cannot seem to skin console apps with 5.0 anymore. From what I read in other posts in this forum, you took out this feature due to some issues with Alpha Blending? I'm not techie, so I can't really make out what it's about.

This really turned me down, though. The major reason I purchased a full version was because of its ability to skin the console apps. I use the command prompt and other console apps a lot. Not being able to skin them is a huge letdown for me.

Are you guys planning to bring the feature back in the near future? I sure hope so...

I found this problem worse than I'd thought. Now I uninstalled WB 5.0 and went back to 4.6 so I could skin the console apps. Well, that feature does not work anymore, even with 4.6. I suspect it's something to do with registry settings... anyways I find this to be extremely annoying. What should I do to get the feature working with WB 4.6 again?

edit the registry.

You must un-install restart then install the old version and restart.

Skinning "consol window" has some issues with per-pixel skinning ... I hope it will be resolved in next build ... I am missing this feature too ... !!!
