What am I doing wrong???

I changed my e-mail address fairly recently. I updated it with Stardock. Fine, all is good. Then I renewed my WinCustomize subscription last week and, somehow, ended up not being able to log in to WinCustomize with my new e-mail address even tho' I could before renewing my subscription.

I've contacted Stardock and they advise that their records indicate that my NEW e-mail address is, in fact, correct on their records. All is good there, I guess.

So, how do I update my WinCustomize log in so I change things from my OLD e-mail address to my new one? I tried following the links under my account, logged in using my OLD e-mail address (which is the only way I can now log in to WinCustomize) and got a page not found on the WinCustomize site....

Can anyone advise how I can update my profile so my new e-mail address lets me log in instead of having to use my old one? THanks for ANY help!

click the 'my account' tab above
click 'account info'
enter email/pw (probably old email)
click 'login info' tab
