WB5 still need restart

Please i neoped help every then i install WB5 so after pRestart Now and popup window with "WB5 needs restart after install" I click on restart now and after restart this window popup again please help

After reinstall it did this same

Uninstall wb using StarDockCentral ... reboot ... delet \program files\stardock\object desktop\windowblinds ...
Open SDC and install WB again ... reboot and activate .. !!!
