activation probs

I for some reason was havin problems activation windowblinds. i purchased it last night and for some reason it wouldn't activate. kept getting a couldn't write activation signature error and final came up with a maximum activations reach message Please help me

it wasn't activation # it was my order #

Your activations have been reset.

If you still have problems, please check that sig.bin is not in the WB dir before installation and if not then e-mail support@stardock.com who should be able to resolve this if its an account issue.
