Stardock Central Failure

Just tried using Stardock Central to get and install WindowBlinds 5.

Downloading the file wb5.sdc is fine if a bit on the slow side but install is not fine as witness the log file contents posted below:-

So what has gone wrong, where has it gone wrong - my end of things or yours (I did try it twice) - and how do I go about fixing it ?

Thanks in advance.

I know I'm stating the obvious but, it looks to me to be some error in decompressing the zip file. Since the release of SP2 I always look at my security programs first for any settings which may block a script from completing, change the extension on a zip file from say .sdc to .zip or block access to a certain site. There are 3 site addresses involved in Wincustomize operating normally for instance.

I've found things tend to work better if I uninstall the previous version first. Since I archive on a regular basis I rarely have any problems doing so.

While Stardock techs monitor the boards on a regular basis, this is mostly a user to user help forum. If you want to be sure that Stardock gets your info you might be better off emailing support@stardock.com

Wish I could help more but there's not much to go on.
