Lacking answer....repost

Thanks for the answers. While you are all at please explain why preview pics on this site are so hard to see. Yeah, I know, crack open the firewall..., but I already added the previously mentioned entries to zone alarm and I still can't see them without truning it off completely. And please, don't blame zone alarm. Every other page on the web shows up just fine. Why would anyone want to make it so hard to view a website?

>>>>previous questions

I just bought a wincustomize subscription. After navigating the usual Stardock maze of setup requirements (download, pay, get email, activate, subscribe, reboot...on and on and on...). I find that it doesn't work very well. When I tried to post to the forum from the wincustomize browser, I was told I was not authorized. When I try to apply a skin from within the browser, that doesn't work. Unless these problems can be fixed, the wincustomize browser/account is not worth having. Please tell me how to fix it, or give me my money back. Oh, and if I sound irritated, it's because I have had to deal with being a "low priority" matter for Stardock Support before and I'm not looking forward to doing it again.

So, ...when you turn it off, you CAN see the preview pics?

That would definitely mean it's ZoneAlarm causing the problem. My guess is you just haven't configured the permissions correctly.

For the second part of your problem, try contacting Email. I've always received a speedy response when problems arise, and find Stardock's support team's responses are faster than many other sites.

Keep in mind the crew have only just got done with a major new release of Windowblinds, and have been extraordinarily busy of late

I agree Wreckless-Eric, as I haven't had that problem, can see the perviews just fine.

First of all, I would dispute that bad page design can be blamed on a firewall, especially when the problem occurs with no other pages, but we can save that argument for another day. Meanwhile, let me know which configuration I've missed:

Thanks, disabling the adblocking fixed it. However, barring a good explanation, I'm not sure I even want to visit a website that requires I turn off so much security.
