Noticable lag when dragging windows

Just started using WindowBlinds 5. I have noticed a considerable amount of lag when I drag any window around the screen. The larger the window, the slower the response. It would seem that this is due to the transparency effect, and perhaps any of the other new graphics overhead. This was not a problem with WB4.

I am using XP SP2 on a 1.5 GHz PC with >760 megs ram so I wouldn't think it was a matter of performance limitations...

Anyone else noticing this? Can I disable just the transparency aspect of WB5 and continue to use it to see if that is the problem?

I'm not noticing any drag lag.

XP SP2 2.6 GHz with 512 MB of RAM

What skin are you using, and what graphics card do you have (system information in wbconfig will tell you this)

This problem occurred with every skin I have, but one example was pacific_wb.

My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS/GeForce2 Pro - 32MB

Do you have hyperpaint enabled? (WBconfig -> Basic Settings->Performance)

To disable per pixel, tick the box on the system information page.
