Background Color

I downloaded a skin for windowsblinds which has a gray default background. I always reset my background to be black, but when i restart my computer, it would go back to being gray. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Edit the skin in skinstudio. Classic Colors - Miscellaneous - Background - Desktop set RGB 0,0,0
