stardock updated their site... there is a link for updating from windowblinds 4 to 5....

i am in the same situation and i tried it out BUT i get the option to buy the software and not to upgrade it (bought it after september)

can anyone help? or is it just a bug?

Hold on, it's rolling out everywhere - it just takes some time.

Stardock have not yet released the enhanced standalone build.  This should be released later today.

Once it is released you can use the Stardock support page for looking up your serial numbers & it will send you new links.

Do I have to install 4.6 on my PC to be able to see WB5 as an update in Stardock Central?

from this page https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/downloads.asp it says WB5 enhanced and I bought wb 4.6 after september, still get the buy with 15$ option only. Whats up with that. I thought we upgrade to 5 for free..

/bump.. everyone is getting the program but the free upgrade users,   just being waiting for this upgrade.. Biggest reason for even buying 4.6.. Plz release the upgrade for the free upgrade users.

yup, i agree, i have been waiting long and hard for this and thats one of the reasons i bought 4.6 in the first place..

are we gonna receive any emails or something to inform us about the new links?

from what i've been reading, i believe you will get an email not too long after the WB5 enhanced standalone is released.

Still waiting for the Upgrade too...

Just go to WindowBlinds.net and click on the upgrade from WindowBlinds 4 link. It's been there most of the day.

well that link takes u straight to stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ and I see no upgrade from WindowBlinds 4 link, it only says download or purchase Windows blinds. Both option give u a link to upgrading which is this stardock.com/products/windowblinds/wb5upgrade.asp but when I enter my info it still says to pay another 15$ to get WB5. So I don't know what other link u are reffering to cause that aint working

I paid $20 on the 29th here and its says 28th on stardock central wb4.6, so why do I have to pay another $15 to get wb5? Doesnt make sense. Its says on the site and I quote "Anyone who bought WindowBlinds 4 after September 1 will automatically get WindowBlinds 5 free". I dont want to pay another $15. Can someone please help me?

I hope they are looking at this forum.  Why is it still not available to people who bought it after september?  It's a bit annoying that non-payers can already download the trial version from download.com.  You'd think they would take care of the paying customers first.

What email? ive only got the "normal" email from them saying what sn I have for 4.6 its almost 2 days now doubt ill be getting anymore emails. lol why is it so hard to upgrade software on this site never had a problem with other software vendors...
