error installing multimedia files

from Stardock Forums
During the install of the multimedia files i get an 'Error 13 invalid data 13' error when trying to install Planet 20.bik

I'm going to uninstall multimedia and try a reinstall.

Exit drengin and reload then resume it. THe server is just beyond capacity. We'll have to move it to a ihgher capacity connection next week.

If a particular file is hosed, just find and delete that particular file and it should continue.

The Drengin.net servers at SD are swamped. It may take several attempts to get it downloaded. Just keep trying.

I get error 13 when uncompressing invasion.mp3 I tried deleting it but keep bombing on invasion.

:( I am having a similar problem. When the update is uncompressing, I get an "Error 13" message when it hits the weapons.mdl file. I've tried reinstalling, deleting files, etc.. No luck.

Any suggestions?
