Taskbar dock positions on multiple monitors

Ok, so I'm currently running two docks, one on my main monitor that auto hides, has a taskbar section, and then a second dock on the second monitor that has just the taskbar items. My question is this: Is there any way that I can make only the dock on a given monitor have only the running tasks on it (per monitor). to elaborate, if i have an instant message window on the left monitor, I only want it to show up in the left monitor's dock, and if its on the right monitor, i only want it to show up on the right monitor. Right now it shows up on both, and I'd like to fix it. Sorry for the long post, I hope everyone understands Thanks in advance!
