HELP!!

Bootskin problem

ok well.... i just finished making my own bootskin and when i open bootskin studio i select the one i made and i preview looks perfect...but when i restart my computer it loads the screen but its all like crappy lookin off center and like everything is all dark blue please help!!!

ok well i got pretty much perfect but now i have this one little problem..... my "progress" bar is a pretty simple arrow with a black border to match the black bar but on the actual load up screen it shows the arro but it has like this ugly mark above it if someone could use my skin and tell me what to do that'd be great...oh another thing whenever i preview it in bootskin the progress bar looks way off but in the actual boot process it looks right so help some more?
