Hi angie287! First and formost, you must have Bootskin http://www.download.com/BootSkin/3000-2105_4-10285566.html?tag=lst-0-1

Now, if you have downloaded a .zip, it must be UNzipped, if you need a zipper proggy here's one http://www.download.com/ZipGenius/3000-2250-10179818.html?part=dl-ZipGenius&subj=uo&tag=button Do this (unzip) to your favorite download folder. If you have a file "*".bootskin, then all you need to do is double-click that file. If you have a folder with .bmps and .inis in it, you'll need to move this folder to your bootskin directory, which would default be "C:\Program Files\Stardock\WinCustomize\BootSkin\skins", making sure you have named the folder in which all these files are located to the name of the Bootskin. Hope this gets you going!

hi thanks i downloaded the bootskin programme, then couldn't figure out where i had to install the skins, think you just answered my next question, angie
