Start Menu on Dock

I want to put stuff like Log Off and Shut Down on the Dock...

I want to put stuff like Log Off and Shut Down on the Dock itself instead of hitting WinKey everytime I log off/shut down. is there anyway to do this?

Add it and set it for each that you want on dock, then set icon for each.
