Transparency doesn't work while moving windows

I have just begun to tweak my computer with WindowFX and in the early stages I moved a window and saw it became transparent. I then made some changes and the transparency of moving windows stopped working. I have the option turned on. I have tried several changes, but no luck. I have been able to get the transparency to work on the task bar. Does anyone have any ideas?
