WindowBlinds 4.96 just released but STILL major issues with x64

WindowBlinds 4.96 just released but issues with x64

I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times deleting all folders and files.  When installing the beta 2 release and this one after it installs it asks to reboot, it does so but when it comes back the wbconfig program comes up and shows you the skins, but nothing will load. It says it's installed accuaratly and activated but no dice.  If I click unload windowblinds and then click an .exe called WBInstall64.exe in the windowblinds directory. SOMETIMES I can get it to load and work, however it only lasts for the current login.  If you reboot/relogin it stops working.   bummer

This won't work for me either. I cannot even load a skin after running wbinstall64.exe.
