HOW DO I USE DOWNLOADED BOOTSKINS?
All I get is an unusable .zip file

Hi. I just purchased Object Desktop, and in Theme manager, where the bootskin stuff is, I can't get my downloaded skins to add to the list of available skins. When I download, I get a .zip file. Of course I've tried unzipping it, still doesn't work. I understand there's an image and an .ini file, but can't get to them, can't get this dang thing to work.
Can anyone give me some plain instructions on how to download & use bootskins?????
