WB causing mmc.exe apps run under secondary identity crash...

HI All,

I'm sure this probably isn't a common problem, but I run several management tools under secondary ID's(by using the command line runas utility).  For the past month I have been trying to figure out why running the mmc.exe will crash if run under another identity...  Finally I unloaded windowblinds, and the app runs now...

I have told windowblinds to ignore and do not skin mmc.exe, but it does not matter.

I am running the beta...
