Beta 4 - New problem, cannot activate

I'm not sure what went wrong here, but I cannot re-activate my beta? After uninstalling and reinstalling due to other problems, it requested my serial number before I could play. I entered the GC2- style serial number I received in my original e-mail confirmation and it informed me twice that it was an invalid serial number. Once when I straight up ran the program, thus using the activation screen there. Once from SDC using activate product from the right click menu.

I am completely at a loss here, but I do wonder if this is somehow related to why I am having other problems as mentioned in the council forum. I would be happy to send the order receipt, which I still have, to what ever address I need to send it to so that I may again participate in the beta...

Try using SDC to request an email with all your Serials. I did that, then I copied and pasted from that email and it worked. Worth a try anyway.

Or start the game from SDC. Worked for me.

I just tried activating using product codes that had been emailed to me (one for TGN and one for Galciv), and both attempts failed.
