Restoring windows icons

hi there
I got a problem I felt from reading the forum that some faced similar problems in it
from two days I changed the icon theme I used and deleted it ,and used another one ,no problem at that point the program works as charm except may be there was something wrong the image formats icons especailly .bmp and the .html file

anyway when I tried to restore the windows icons , many icons didn't appear as they should be
I used restore windows icons , rebuild icon cache, repair icon shell , repair icon image ,they aren't working,also the windows theme
I used Tweak UI to fix this it didn't work
I used some registry fixes and some of them really worked
I found that many icons values in the registry are set on the old theme that I deleted
also I used the folder options to restore some icons

Now I restored most windows icons yet there some icons that are missing
and they are the following
Connect to
show all connections
Network connections
Scanners and cameras
also in Windows folder I found that both Downloaded program files and
offline webpages got generic windows icons, I don't open this folder much but
I remember that they don't have this icon image
Also the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop is missing ,only the windows
generic icon despite that its icon is there in the start menu
also I used system restore yet it didn't work either

Can someone please help me,what shall I do ?
