Beta4 small issue with building a ships

Well I am not sure what exactly wrong (what programers intended) here but something is

Let's say I have a planet without Spaceport (new game) and try to build a shop - I can't do it from Planet interface (Star map, planet selected) but I can select it from shipyard interface (button on main screen) but it does not build anything .

The Shipyard button on the main gameplay screen only let's you design/upgrade ships, you can't build them from there. To do that you must be on a planet's Starport screen.

Ok but here is at least 2 problems :

1. Button inactive until you build Spaceport.

2. If you select to build a ship before you have spaceport it at least not shown as being built on the planet.

Or was this intended ?
