Beta4: "String not found" message when UI captures my planet

As the topic says , when UI captures my planet I get "String not fouynd message" .

please send the debug.err file to gc2bugs@stardock.com whenever you get string not found errors, because it prints out which string it was trying to find.

I have the same problem when my planet is captured by the AI. On the planet captured window, it says, "String not found". This is on a new install of Beta 4 after first uninstalling the previous beta.
