Beta 4 - Planet social build queue items can not be selected.

Right at the start of the game, where the research window is followed by the home planet view, you can select planet tiles for development and select projects for those tiles, but since you can not select a queued project on the queue. Also, the project "basic farming" will show up on the queue but the icon fails to show up on the tile tat whas selected when the project was queued.
Two more problems: The queue does not extend to fill the space available before the scroll bar comes up, and the scroll bar is inactive (you can't force it to scroll).
Tiles with projects queued to them can be selected and the associated project on the queue becomes selected. When selected this way the projects can be moved up or down in the queue or removed from the queue. However, a point of confusion arises when done this way because the top project in the queue remains highlighted even when another project's tile was selected.
