Icon transparency

I have to profiles on a windows XP Pro pc.  The profile where I installed WB works fine and does pretty well.  however on the other profile desktop icons show a background color. I want them to transparent like they are n the profile where I installed WB.  Where is that setting ?

Try this:

  • Press Windows+Pause (or right click on "My Computer" and go to properties)
  • Click the "Advanced" tab
  • Click "Settings" within the "Performance" frame
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the listbox
  • Check "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop"
  • Click OK
  • Click OK
