Easy, just get a Passport account, ie: hotmail or msn email address.

I didn't have to pay a thing for the beta testing...email today says cd is on its way.

The Beta is free yes, I got that one my self. But to order/download the realease version you need to be a MSDN subscriber. That's different from a Passport account.
I'll order my copy next ween when the orders open.
