btw, read your post on my 'other journal' and appreciated it! Yes, aging sneaks up on you, I'm 58 and it wasn't until 5 years ago that i really started to feel (and act ) my age...........

seriously, if one really tries their best to do the things that they KNOW are good for their body, and also have regular
checkups, then that's about all anyone can do to stay well and live to an old age with less pain and disease.
