Try uninstalling/reinstalling WindowBlinds, this should resolve your issue. (You will not lose your skins by doing so.)

Edit: Are you by any chance running the shareware version of WindowBlinds? Running on startup is a feature available only for the registered version.

What is the email account you used to register your product?

There can be possible issues with your account that might cause programs to operate in a way other than what you'd expect.  If you preferred to keep this information private, you may submit an email to support@stardock.com.

I'm not familiar with spycatcher, so I'm curious. Does it quarantine? IF so did it quarantine anything related to WB? Did you put back any quarantines prior to uninstalling?

Did you try reverting back to a restore point prior to installing spycatcher?

yes..spycatcher quarantined the wbload.exe file.. but i restored it... even then it didnt work.. so i uninstalled spycatcher after that...

jus one question.. does anyone know how to add wbload.exe to the startup list?? cos i think that would work...
and i dont remember the enail i used for registering cos i did this sometime back...

You can go to "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" folder > right-click inside folder > New > Shortcut > navigate to, and select the 'wbload.exe' file.

Not sure if this will help in your case, but that is the way to create the shortcut.
