Can I change the icons inside exe's not just default icons, with any of your apps?

You can change the icon associated with any file by using Icon Packager. It will actually insert an "Icon" tab into the file properties dialog. Just right-click on any file and then click properties.  Click the Icon tab and you can change the Icon image to anything your heart desires.

There is also a program called Res Hacker that can achieve this effect.
