internet explorer "file download dialog"

could somebody please tell me, how i can replace the animation in the "file download dialog" (you know the one where you see the a paper flying in your folder, the one ms didn't change since win95 
)
i'd really appreciate if somebody could help, since i'm quite new to this stuff, and this ugly animation begins to make me crazy
