Tiling + Transparency = no Tiling?

tiling disabled when a window is made transparent

I actually have a support ticket at the moment working on this issue, but I was wondering if anyone else was having similar problems? Basically, if any window is made transparent (either globally or specifically), it can no longer be minimized to a tile (using ANY of the tile commands).
I'll try to post here what I find out from Stardock, once they tell me what's going on.

Well, I just found out from the developer that it is currently not possible to use window transparency and tiling on the same windows.

Hopefully I'll get an answer as to whether or not this is something they hope to address in later versions.
