Bug with dual monitor

I have OD+ with two monitors. I have a tab set to the
right side of the left monitor, and the default dock on the
left side of the right monitor. The first is set as a
drawer.
When I startup OD+ everything is fine. When I switch users
(and don't log off) and then return, the drawer is now
positioned about 1.5 inches from the right side of the left
screen and I can not activate it. The default dock is now
on the left side of the left screen instead of the right
one. If I shut OD down and restart it, it corrects itself.
Is this a known bug?
