I do not run a Mac, so may not have all the components included, but:

1 - WindowBlinds - full version - will skin the explorer shell (Taskbar, Start Menu, Windows shell, Toolbar icons, progress animations, scroll bars).

2 - Icon Packager will apply an icon theme, which will change a large percentage of the system icons (though some limitations in the control panel icons), and file icons (this is only limited by the relevant theme's inclusion of file icons).

3 - ObjectDock will provide a dock function that is an integrated part of the Mac OS.

Skins for the programs can be found in the relevant libraries here at WC.

Throw in Quick Time and iTunes, and a Mac wallpaper, and you should be good to go (or most of the way there).

Note - I would recommend sticking to the official released versions of the software in #1 - #3.

You can find more information and download links for the programs here https://www.stardock.com/
