Which version of Windowblinds and which version of Windows (including service packs) are you running? Is your Start Menu/Taskbar/System Tray skinning ok? These and the "windows explorer" windows are all run from explorer.exe.

Try checking the "Basic Settings" and make sure everything is checked that you want skinned.

I have the same problem but the other way round. I have WB buttons in explorer but not in IE.

I'm running Windows XP, Professional x64 - everything else seems ok, just the buttons. I can get them appear by messing with toolbar settings in IE but they don't stick. when i open another instance of IE the buttons are back at default. If I close IE with the WB buttons displayed and open a new instance again the buttons revert (to the xp buttons).
