This hasn't happened before, and I didn't do anything different, but now whenever I put something into the recycle bin, it doesn't change to the full image and vica versa. Does anyone know the problem?

Have you checked the Dock Entry Properties, to see if the empty, and full are set to the same image? I don't why, or what's doing it, but I've noticed mine get set to the full image for both states. I suspect IconPackager, but it's only a suspicion........ I haven't tested the theory.

Yeah, I've checked several times to see if the images were the same, and they're not. I am using IconPackager, but my 2 recycle bin images are both PNG images so I don't think it has to do with IP.

Try unloading ObjectDock > use Icon Packager > Tools > Restore all Icons > Yes to confirm, OK to apply defaults > right-click desktop > Desktop tab > Customize Desktop button > hightlight the "full" Recycle Bin icon > click Restore Default > repeat for "empty" Recycle Bin icon.
Restart Icon Packager and apply the theme you want > restart ObjectDock > drag the current Recycle Bin image off dock to remove > right-click dock > Add > New 'Recycle Bin' entry > right-click the new Recycle Bin > assign the images you want > save your ObjectDock theme.
That should set things straight.
