Yahoo and Trillian

I use yahoo and trillian I wanna know is there something in object desktop that will let the icon flash when i get a new message. Do I have ot purchase the pro, or is there a freeware out there. Its a pain to click on the icon and see if any new messages came in,

Doesn't trillian flash the respective message window when a new message comes in by default? As far as I'm aware, there isn't a product we offer that supports this feature, although some of our products are so customizable that what you request might be possible.

(Have you tried requesting the feature from either the Yahoo or Trillian developers?)

had the same problem with objectdock. tried in trillian settings. you have to set the message window from "hide the window and notify me" to "show the window minimized in windows taskbar". i think that fixes the problem. you have to show the taskbar in objectdock!
