how do i get windowblinds 4.6 to apply skin at startup?

I just DL windowblind 4.6 and applied Longhorn slate 4051, if i logg off and return it does not load the skin, its just dark grey classic windows theme. How do i make it apply skin at startup like cursor xp for example?

I know how I would try to do it, place the exe. file in your C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
folder. It will now start everytime you start your computer.

did you restart after installing or just log out and in?
You don't have to put the exe in the start up folder (if ever needed) you can just open the folder, right click in it and add a shortcut, then browse to the exe of your choice.

i just logged off and then on, but today when i logged on after turning on my computer it started right up.
