Decent Enough Graphics Card

I was wondering is an ATI Radeon 9600 128MB DDR AGP 8x/4x good enought to run WindowBlinds 5 with the Arrow skin and all other eye candy?

Right now on my test machine at work I'm running a GeForce 2 and well WindowBlinds didn't work all that smoothly (dragged a window and experienced drag lag lol).

The 9600 is a much faster card than the GeForce 2, so yes it should run much better than on the Geforce 2.
