windowblinds crash at the startup
wbconfig eats 99% cpu

Hello,
After installing WB5 I ran into trouble - I can't start the app. Prior to installing WB5 I have shut down WB4, uninstalled it, rebooted, installed WB5, rebooted... no avail. I checked the wb5.log in sdcentral\installed it shows no trouble activating (I even copied activate.exe into wb5 home dir).
Whenever I boot, the systray shows the message "A skin called '' has been installed". No joke - the name is missing. Then I get no skin - well it is the good ole Win2K skin (yes, I have Win2k).
Whenever I start the WB5 from inside SDC or from Start menu, it loads, then gives me a system message "wbconfig.exe - memory at 00000000 cannot be read", then closes. After I jump into Task Manager - Processes I can see, that wbconfig.exe is still there eating 99% of CPU.
Can anybody comment on that?
PS: I use WB for nearly 3 years by now - 'tis a great app.
