failed to load

When I try to load a Style, I get the message: "Failed to load inetconfig.dll. Please reinstall the application to correct this problem.

But I HAVE tried to reinstall it, but without result!!! How do I fix this ?????

Which application are you running (including version number) and which version of windows (including service packs)?
