WB5 and Multi User XP Crash

I am running Windowblinds 5 beta c on a shared Windows XP SP2 pc. I installed it under my user and can access the windowblinds Wbconfig application and set up skins on my side (I have full admin perms) with no problems.

If however I switch to the 2nd user on the computer (also full admin perms), and try to run wbconfig to set up a skin, I get an application crash in wbconfig.exe.

In Event Viewer:
Faulting application wbconfig.exe, version 5.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

WB4.x worked fine.

Please let me know what I can do to help track down this problem.

Double click on wbload on the 2nd account.  This should run & do nothing.

Does it now work?

piggy-backing here. Other users on my multi-user machine get no permission messages when trying to open wbconfig. If I run-as an administrator, I can get the WB skin chooser but still can't get skins to apply.

I tried the suggestion by Neil and it works.

Clicking on wbload first and then wbconfig it ran fine and I was able to select a skin.

Thank you
