New theme, problem with taskbar

Sorry if I don't make compelete sense out of thise, but my brother just got me into this and I'm trying to figure things out. First of all, in the screenshot I provided, on the bottom right of my taskbar my things bunch up and I have to click the arrows to choose one. (current view is of itunes, but my mIRC and internet pages are there too). I am using UXTheme Multipatcher 2.0 and using these themes don't use up any of my memory. Also, the second problem I am having is on the left side of the taskbar (the aol, itunes, winamp, ares, mozilla, etc. icons are) where I don't get the up arrow thing after 3 icons. It's just showing all of them on the taskbar (all 9 of them). I included a screenshot of my original XP theme desktop and as you can see only the IE, mozilla, and show desktop icons show and the rest are in the menu thing and my mIRC, itunes, and this window are spread on the taskbar. If you guys know how to fix this it'd be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
