DesktopX not extending to windows theme

Been a while since I've used DX. I've tried several different themes and am using the latest free version of DX. The problem is that while the widgets and background load up, the skin for the taskbar, start menu, browser windows, etc. are not skinned. Basically I have some fancy widgets, a shiney background, and a regular old crappy classic windows theme.

DesktopX doesn't skin the taskbar or browser windows. Those are handled by WindowBlinds.
