~ Unable to activate product

~ Everything installed correctly and I'm even able to bring up wbconfig and see my installed skins but I'm unable to activate it. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting several times, rerunning SDCentral and logging in and out of SDCentral. Nothing I do seems to work. I just keep getting an error saying
"There was error activating the selected product. Error: 5"


~ I'm starting to get frustrated as I've tried all I know to get it to activate. According to the troubleshooting page everything should work. The one thing it does say is:
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

WindowBlinds has not been activated correctly on this PC. Please activate it from SDC.

Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

Exactly the same problem here. I know I shouldn't waste time posting this but I'm just so frigging fustrated!

Look in your Stardock central folder. You will see a file called activate.exe. Copy that file and put it in your windowblinds folder. Restart windowblinds, apply a skin and the activation screen should pop up. It worked for many others so hopefully it will work for you.

Nomad529: You will need to be logged on with your craw...@adelphia.com account. The system is very specific in that the email you use to activate must be the email used to purchase. If you have further questions, please email support@stardock.com and include a url to this thread in the body.

MrMoz: Your order is not under this email address. You will need to email support@stardock.com with as much information as possible (phone#, street address, etc) before you will be able to activate it.
