Does anyone know how to modify the font colors used by Outlook in its main window for the titles of each copmpartment (Mail, Inbox...)

If you mean the Outlook Today Page, it's a web page that you can modify yourself or replace with a custom designed page. If you mean the pages like inbox or calendar, they are defined in the same way other programs in your OS are defined.

I guess that what I'trying to say are the header titles of each of the compartments in my screen (Inbox, Mail). They come up on white letters on pale grey background and I have not found were to change them from Windowsblind.
